Scheuermann Vineyard and Winery showcase dinner at The Opinicon
On January 27th at 6pm, come and enjoy a delicious five course gourmet meal (set menu outlined below) at The Opinicon paired with locally-sourced wine from Scheuermann’s Vineyard and Winery. Meet the vineyard owners and learn about their craft and the taste profiles of their select wine. It’s sure to be a filling and informative evening!
Wagyu Carpaccio: Pickled shallot, wasabi, arugula, shaved chili gouda, cured egg yolk, purple potato chips.
Lobster Bisque: Vanilla, lobster claw, house made lemon ricotta, rosemary gruyere straw.
Cornish Hen: Chorizo cornbread stuffing, thyme crusted, smoked bacon, duck liver parfait, potato gnocchi, brussels sprout, cranberry mustard sauce.
Artisanal Cheese Plate: Ice wine gelee, smoked onion jam, compressed pear.
Chocolate mousse trio, pistachio brittle, raspberry leather, basil gelee.
